Our phone number remains unchanged. Prefer to email? From January 1, 2025, you can reach us at mijncappitalpensioen@asr.nl. You can also chat with us through your personal environment at mijncappitalpensioen.asr.nl. Logging in is easy with DigiD.

Do you have another product with Aegon, besides your Aegon Cappital pension, that will be transferred to a.s.r.? For example, a life insurance policy or a mortgage? You will receive a separate notification when these are transferred to a.s.r.

Your pension plan will not change. Your accrued pension will also remain the same.

No, the Aegon app will be discontinued. You will no longer be able to use it after January 1, 2025. a.s.r. does not (yet) have an app for pensions. You can find all the information on mijncappitalpensioen.asr.nl. This site is mobile-friendly, so it is suitable for viewing on your mobile device. 

 

Your portal will remain the same after logging in. The place where you log in from January 1, 2025, is mijncappitalpensioen.asr.nl. Logging in remains easy with DigiD.
