With a payment plan, you settle your payment arrears in instalments. Do you want to apply for a payment plan? You can do so easily in your a.s.r. account, free of charge. We do not charge administration fees or interest. This page explains how you can request a payment plan.

Click the 'Betalingsregeling aanvragen' button to request a payment plan. If you are unable to click this button, please contact us by phone. We will discuss your options together.
Please note: in addition to your payment plan, you will also continue to pay your monthly premium.
It is not possible to change your payment plan yourself. If you would like to make any changes or add a payment plan, please contact us by phone. We will discuss your options together.
You can find an overview of all your outstanding bills in your a.s.r. account.
When transferring money to us manually, it is important to include the payment reference in the description of the payment. You can find this reference in your a.s.r. account under invoices.
Here you can also pay your bills via iDEAL.
Do you have a payment plan but want to pay the whole amount in one go? Then you can transfer the amount manually. Please include the payment reference from your first invoice in the description. You can find the exact amount in your a.s.r. account. Click here for our IBAN.

If you expect to use your full excess or want to avoid having to pay the full amount at once, you can use the ‘paying excess in instalments’ plan. With this plan you will pay your excess in 10 instalments spread over 10 months. If you pay too much, you will receive a refund in April of the following year.
